“My family and I traveled to Costa Rica in August for the first time. We heard a lot of bad stories about the major car rental companies so I took a leap of faith and contacted some independent companies instead. We contacted Diego Siles at 4x4rentacar.com he was able to provide us a 2013 Hyundai Tucson (5 speed manual) that met our every need. They met us at the airport with our name on a sign and took us right to the car. We filled out all the paperwork on the spot. He provided a new GPS and a cell phone to call him directly in case of an emergency and went over all the car details/controls. He was highly professional and most helpful. The cost was several hundred less than the major car companies, plus the quoted rental price was all inclusive of full insurance, GPS, pick-up and drop off of the car. We flew into San Jose and out of Liberia. He met us in both locations, no extra charge. We had a great time and highly recommend dealing with Diego and we will be renting with him again next time we go to CR. Diego is AWESOME“.Doug and Lisa
